The 15-Minute Daily Content Routine
By OrbitPost Editorial
Solo founders do not need a bigger content calendar. They need a smaller, repeatable rhythm that can survive a busy week.
The goal of a 15-minute content routine is not to produce perfect posts. The goal is to keep the business visible while preserving enough energy to actually run the business.
The routine
Start with one specific business update. That can be a customer question, a small product improvement, a seasonal reminder, or a lesson from the week.
Then turn it into three simple assets:
- One clear LinkedIn-style observation.
- One short caption for a visual post.
- One direct reminder or tip for faster-moving platforms.
Why it works
Short routines reduce decision fatigue. Instead of asking, "What should I post today?", the founder asks a better question: "What happened this week that my customers should understand?"
That question is easier to answer, and it usually produces more useful content.

Consistency is an operations problem before it is a creativity problem. The more repeatable the workflow becomes, the easier it is to sound prepared without sounding automated.
