You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Billing: Access to premium features requires a subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our platform. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content solely to provide the services to you.

AI Output: While OrbitPost uses AI to generate content, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your social media channels. We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or legal compliance of the content generated.

You agree not to use OrbitPost to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates the terms of any social media platform, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the service for other users.

You agree not to use our service to spam or distribute malicious software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding six (6) months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
